Take the next step to creating a personalized circle of support for you or your loved one with disabilities.

From overwhelm — to clarity — to connection.
From isolation — to nurturing relationships — to trusted support circles.
From carrying it all yourself — to being supported — to communities of care where you are held, and your loved one is too.

This is the journey of creating community—for both of you. One relationship, one step, one act of reaching out at a time.

I’m Aysha—a facilitator, coach, and community builder.
I’ve spent 30 years supporting individuals and communities in ways that center love, interdependence, and the honoring of every voice—including over 15 years helping families navigate future planning and create networks of support.

Together, we create personalized circles of support that bring relief, connection, and a deeper sense of community.

“What’s been most meaningful is the shift—from moving through the steps on my own to feeling part of something real and shared. I’ve seen a circle come together around my son, and in the process, I found my own sense of connection and support. This isn’t just about him—it’s about all of us. And while the path is still unfolding, I feel clearer, less alone, and more grounded in community.”
