Facilitated Conversations & Community Building

Sometimes bringing people together is the beginning.

You may want to bring siblings, or other family members or friends together to talk about the future, explore how to support someone you love, or begin building a circle of support.

Or perhaps you're part of an organization or community and want to create a space where people can think about support networks, share experiences, and learn from one another.

I help plan and facilitate one-time gatherings, ongoing small groups, and conversations that may be difficult to have on your own.

That might mean helping you think through who to invite, what questions to ask, how to structure a gathering, or how to make room for different perspectives.

During our time together, I listen, ask questions, and make room for different voices, gently inviting in people we haven't heard from. If someone is part of the conversation, I assume there's a reason they're there.

Sometimes the work is about navigating differences or sharing information. Other times it's about imagining possibilities, making decisions, or simply beginning to know one another better.
