Resources

Building a meaningful life with and around someone with a disability isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about weaving together relationships, purpose, place, health, and dignity. These resources were gathered to help you think about key areas—home and belonging, friendship and connection, contribution and work, autonomy and voice, health and wellness, caregiver self-care and respite, and financial/legal grounding. You won’t find a formula here, but you might find your next step.

Let’s be honest. You don’t need another list—you need one thing that feels like a yes. So, start anywhere. Skip around. Come back later.

★ = Resources I know and trust—from personal use, client experiences, or long-term familiarity. Know a resource you love and trust? I’d love to hear about it.

What Else Might Grow Here?

This page will evolve slowly—just like the communities I help create. Over time, I may add:

  • Simple tools and templates to help you get started

  • Notes on what I’m learning about caregiving, connection, circles of support—even death and dying… maybe even AI

  • A collection of favorite people, practices, and possibilities

Until then, you’re warmly invited to join Inspiration Hour—a live gathering on Zoom to reflect, connect, and take steady steps forward.
